Adopt the mental attitudes and thinking techniques required for creativity and innovation.

Creative Encounters has helped hundreds of people discover their natural creative ability and learn how to come up with better ideas. Emphasis is firmly placed on breaking established thinking habits that stifle creativity. By tackling habits, we are promoting change at an emotional level. This ensures creative thinking opportunities can readily be recognised in everyday situations.

We believe people learn best when they are enjoying themselves and lessons are taken in organically. Creative Encounters promotes learning through doing... and remembering through doing differently!

Creative Encounters is run by Simon Jack. Simon has previously worked in strategy and change consultancy and knows what it takes to generate the eye-opening moments that incite a positive change. Creative Encounters takes all the seriousness of the approaches to creative thinking and organisational change but puts a great deal of fun and personality behind it. We make training events sizzle!

Simon is also the Creative Director of the social network Phinkit.com. This is a site designed to give people freedom to express themselves and try creative approaches to make an impact.

“Working with Simon was an inspiration. In just a short space of time, we were able to look at challenges in very different ways and come up with a multitude of creative ideas. It’s really enabled me to open up my imagination ready to spot new business opportunities and gain a competitive edge”

Brendan Brien, St James Place
